Good Food, Historic Location
Living in Wethersfield lets us enjoy this place again and again. The steak and mushrooms are out of this world! I take an extra side of mushrooms home to enjoy the next day. In the summer there is a huge patio with live entertainment. It is worth the wait! Enjoy!

Excellent food in charming Old Wethersfield
This was my first visit and certainly will be back when in the area. Loved the octopus appetizer (from Spain). Waiter was young and less than fully informed about the menu and cocktails but he made up for that with his smile.

We had an opportunity to meet chef-owner Lucas Kyriakos who made us feel very welcomed in his excellent restaurant. The server Lucenia was very efficient in explaining the menu and came back often to make sure we were enjoying our lunch. We had a great time and the food was great.

Unique and Tasty
This was my first experience with piedmontese beef and it was a good one. My huge ribeye was perfectly charred on the outside and medium rare on the inside. For an appetizer, we tried the special which was an innovative dish of filet & risotto stuffed grape leaves. It was bursting with flavor. We will be back.

Go for the steak - the rest is standard pub fare
The grass fed steaks are pricey, but worth it. Everything else is good too, but nothing super special. The steaks will be one of the best you've had. On one occasion we did have a food issue (these things happen), but it was dealt with appropriately by the wait staff and we have not had a problem since.

The $9 Bloody Mary's are definitely not worth the price. At least the olives are good. Food in general is a few dollars more than it needs to be. Service can be iffy, but at least you can sit outside with your dog and enjoy the atmosphere.

The owner of this restaurant has done a fantastic job of renovating this historic house and still keeping its charm. We especially like the outside patio dining in the warmer months, with live music weekends. We have never been disappointed with the meals there.

Enjoyed a great lunch in Olde Wethersfield's historic area. The appetizer calamari with cherry peppers was unique and tasty. Pull pork sandwich with fries was a generous portion. Fish and chips was cod with a light breaded crust which was moist and fresh. Delightful place to enjoy lunch outdoors.

Stopped in on a nice Friday summer evening and sat outside in the patio area. The place was busy but we were attended to promptly. Started with a bowl of soup, lobster and crab bisque that was delicious. Also had a Cobb salad and cheeseburger, both also very good. Hope to return soon.

Lucky Lou's is the best place to eat drink. The food is superb. I've tried everything on the menu and I'll have to say it was all great. I especially loved the Lobster Mac and Cheese. You have to try Lou's. You'll be impressed and walk out with a smile.

We have been frequenting here because of the great food & employees. Whenever there is a large line on weekend nights, the owner passes out complimentary sangria. The patio is huge and a great place to sit and have drinks and dinner. All of the servers are great as well. One of the best gyro's I've ever had, as well.
